MATERIAL STATES

MATERIE IS TRANSIENT.

A study of surface and structure.

  1. Paper: a warm, matte and finely fibrous surface.
  2. Glass: transparent optical material with controlled refraction.
  3. Chrome: polished dark metal with precise studio reflections.
  4. Liquid: a slowly flowing, viscous surface.
  5. Wireframe: material disappears while construction and edges remain.
  6. Material: a hybrid Rasterkern surface of graphite, metal edge and subtle glass.
